Some boxes for the collection...

Ive just acquired some new boxes from Cyprus.

I asked them to bring back some cigars and give them a long list of wants.

Tonight they called round and brought the stash.

2 boxes of PD4's
1 box of Monte PE's
1 box of HDM Epi 2's

Very pleased with their selection, especially as they don't even smoke.
They're all from 2010.

They were bought from a LCDH but i'm unsure wether to put them straight in the humi or into isolation for a while???
Are they safe or should i be cautious?
I've only ever bought stuff with EMS from H&F and know they freeze theirs at source.

Any help/advice welcome.

I always put them straight in the humi and never had a problem. Others (se?or Tipp?) may recommend you freeze 'em first.

on the receipt they gave me it was 902 Euros. So with today's rate that comes in at ?717
UK price ?1285

wish i'd have asked for more boxes.

Apparently the woman in the shop told them there was no limit for duty free back to the UK but they didn't take the risk of this being incorrect.
I told them before they left the limit was 50 cigars each... is this still correct??

Well since tj is not in the uk I would say yes.
All cubans are frozen at source not H&F that do it so as long as they ain't been mixing with any dirty NC you will be fine

Cyprus is in the EU so if it's for personal use you can bring back as many as you want, though I think customs start to get funky after 200

The chaps are right about technically no limit on purchases within the EU (subject to personal use), but equally right that HMRC start to query when you get above 200 sticks...
