first purchase of 2012

Just received my first shipment for the year, a box of RASS and SLR serie A both from '11. Have not actually smoked either cigars but from reviews alone i thought they were worth a go. They smell and look great! Probably wait a couple of months before firing one up. Just curious to know how these are smoking right now. Any input would be great

Looking very good there my friend!! I've never had The SLR but I can say that I wouldn't expect The RASS to let you down.Bit of chocolate,bit of fruit,lots of spice.Very tasty and won't bore you for certain.Enjoy

Looking good. I haven't got a great pallet but RASS do remind me of cadbury fruit and nut! Enjoy.... Have only had a couple of the SLR and found the draw abit on the tight side. Plenty of flavour just thin on the ground. Interested to see how y ou get on...

Both are great cigars. Looks like you got 2 very nice boxes; the darker wrapper on the RASS is not the most common.

Thanks for the input guys i don think i will be able to control myself much longer! Might just fire one up soon as its a holiday!
