I've got a great cigar collection - it's actually not a collection, because that would imply I wasn't going to smoke every last one of 'em.

Thanks folks for the warm welcome, I'll try and become a bit of a regular and contribute to the threads where I can. Just ordered an oasis Xl plus humidifier from cgars to help keep the boxes in good shape instead of humi packs.

Welcome to the forum, as has been said nice set up and good to see another Belfast Boy on here. With regard to My Father cigars, personally I think they're a good non-Cuban. Brought a couple home from America and wish I'd off grabbed more.

                      Welcome mate.

Not only cubans and non cubans in the same sentence but choice of cubans being the Cosig VI and PSD4, a pair of sticks causing quite a bit of controversy lately, at least the PSD4 definitely is, and Cohiba in general always do!

Also two sticks I haven't really got on with yet... I'd agree with you on the NUB though, only tried the Habanos but tempted to get a sampler one of these days...

Interesting comments - I didn't realise folk where so polarised in their choices - and most people consider me to be a bit 1-dimensional! I love MC Edmundos but eventually got bored and started to diversify. Not sure if I really like Padron's or I'm just intrigued by how they are so different from my normal choices. Went through a H.Up Mag 50 phase for a year but found them to very inconsistent (some really were poor) so wondered away from them. Now that I think about it, I do miss them.

Mixed feelings on the MC Open range (master/eagle), love their size, flavour profile is enjoyable but generally they feel like windtunnels to me compared to Edmundos? Rambling on a bit, but guess I want to try new cigars so hopefully I get some inspiration from the forums.

Just got a couple of boxes, Alec Bradley Prensado, Rocky Patel 15th Ani & La Flor Dominicana Air Bender so hope to get time to try one at the weekend. Guess Alec Bradley is up first!

Had a Cuaba Piramids Limited Edition 2008 in Ten Manchester recently, had a bit too much wine/rum but think it was good - anyone got any views on them? Don't hear Cuaba's mentioned much?

                        All suggestions more than welcome

                        Steven

Got the Oasis XL Humidifier, hopefully will make maintenance hassle free to a certain extent, over using manual gel packs etc. It's fairly compact which is nice and is very quiet.
