Thanks for that... I see your off to Barcelona too, any ideas for the best shops? I've searched for an LCDH but not come up with anything yet! I'm staying I think between the La Ramblas and the Exhibution centre (MWC) but any locations would be helpfull as I have a few days spare.

    Cheers, Andy

Gimeno's on Las Ramblas is IMO the best shop in Barca. I was there a few years ago on a walking city break so saw most of the cigar shops. They have a humidor downstairs that's apparently full of treasures...I never saw it as I only found out when I returned

Yes no problem, that should be about it now.....anybody want first reserves or remove a request listed above you have about 4/5 weeks or so, I'll update nearer the time with a list, lets hope they still have them!

They are likely to be about ?12ish each plus post, min 3 sticks each.

Are the trini fundadores just longer versions of the reyes.
Same construction and taste or is there a bit more to them.
It would be nice to move up to the fundadores if they are as good as the reyes

I'm off to Rome on Tuesday, I'll be hunting down these and hopefully will get 2 boxes!

                    The list so far:

                    HabanoSy
                    peanutpete
                    Stevieboy
                    Monkey66
                    CohibaIV
                    MB55317
                    Kdot

I'll sort the numbers when I get back as I know a few of you wouldn't mind 10, if anyone wants to go on the reserve list incase of a few spares, list your interest in this thread, although at the moment this looks to be full.

giga, I didn't find anywhere in particular with regard to cigar lounges but as the weather was great I mainly sat outside in restaurants/cafes to smoke. shops wise I only came accross a couple, the better being the LCDH near the government building on via Corso in the middle of the city. Italy is not the best place to buy regular lines as the taxes are a little higher than the European average (Spain is cheaper!) but unusual/rare or Italian RE's of course are always worth looking out for, and as a destination Rome is great city....
