Paulie, I'm happy to send out a few single's I've got loads of stock, next time you want something, single's wise, pm me a list (it's cheaper when you buy by the box!) or I'm sure one of the other BOTL will help. also most are rested, and ready to smoke. generally when I fancy something now, I buy a box if it's a highly regarded smoke, so a few here and there don't make any odds, that applies for anyone who is an active member and wants to try something....

Not wishing to put anybody off using a supplier in any way, but I am going to reserve judgement until I get any response from them and take it from there. This could of just been a one off maybe, but from my perspective it is all or nothing!

I would call them. I spoke to Jaime yesterday and she was extremely helpful.

I've been using them for years and the price's are good but the customer care is slow, but they will sort them, it's because the website/office is in a different location to the warehouse..

Yea, I found that emails take a while to get answered. But I spoke to Jaime and got an answer there and then, very helpful

Well, I have my answer to the mixup with my order. Seems they did not have some of my order in stock so they made up the numbers by giving me some others I had ordered as replacements. They did also refund the cost of the missing sticks so in effect I was given three as a gift.

Sounds like it was a reasonable outcome then Paulie - though like you say in the other thread, it would have been a nice touch to contact you and ask if you wanted to replace the others with anything. Either way, three free sticks is not bad thing.

Sy - did you have to post them pics? They look absolutely phenomenal. I'm coming over all weak...

Very nice pictures of the secretos, senor Olls. I enjoyed one of these lil' lovelies last night - hard to beat for a quick smoke. BTW, did you use a flash?

Names BJ, BJCoro, and I think senors Olls and ACMMC are using the same camera.

Cheers TJ. Just a half-decent compact camera and the odd bit of macro focus. I put them near a window and try to keep the flash off as it just tends to overexpose everything when you're that close, but it did have to come on for a couple of them.

Oh, and the Secretos are bloody nice.

I'm afraid the earlier pics of the Monte Ltd. Editions and the JLs were far superior to mine. Nice stuff. It seems the JLs are pretty popular around here at the moment; that pic might persuade me to give them a try.
