It was Bryan, I sent an email as you know recently, requesting the reasons for the delay, delivery or refund in a very polite fashion and within the week, hey presto. No notification as to them leaving though.

TBH I couldn't believe it when they turned up, complete with gift wrapping and bow!

If they could get things quicker in the delivery department, I'd be back there like a shot, the sticks were smokeable straight out the box. Lovely spring to them. April 08 code, so not too bad.

They trying to improve their delivery system to bring it up to speed I hope they do as I know Paul waited for an eternity and you're still hanging on.

Send them another email Bryan, Good luck and keep me posted.

I think Id rather wait for the stogies than teach, theres a twat in our office who was considering the move to teaching because he heard about some Golden handshake new teachers are getting... I'm not sure who I feel more sorry for the kids or the other teachers if he did do it!
