But even with only a few months in my humi they taste better.

I can see why people are saying this. Mine are MAR11 so fairly young. Had one last night just to test them out.
It was a bit of a roller coaster, lots of flavours seemingly coming out of nowhere - certainly not in a bad way. If I were to try and put a dominant flavour on it I would say the sugary coating on M & Ms.

But I can definitely see them improving with some age - they need to settle down a bit.
