There will be a new addition at some point ....soon, but they have been saying that for 2 years.

An "addition", I don't think so. According to the author, his next book should be a huge volume, few copies should be printed and the price should be steep; if I remember correctly the author even mentioned a price around 400??

Didn't Nino provide a link showing his photography setup and how the project was going v I think article said the photos were going to be life size and extremely high quality printing.

It was interesting reading his blog on printing the images, pre-press artwork and imaging is my everyday job.

The spec he is talking of running to get quality images, 350-400 screen is massively over the industry standard for even high quality images (as a guide, posh brochures and high class magazines will print at 200 screen and I know of no printers that we service that are even calibrated to run that screen), also if moving away from the standard CMYK inks to special mix ink or Hexachrome will shoot the price even higher. The amount of copies that would need to sell to break even will need to be huge.

Purely from a technical achievement I would buy this book, it would be an example of the pinnacle of the modern print process.
