  • Finally filled up my RASCC humidor!

Well through experience I came to the conclusion that I'd only store cigars of the same brand and vitola together since mixing it up somewhat destroys the unique taste of the brands put in together. So a while back I purchased a Venezia Grande (150ct) humidor and went on a journey to discover the brand and vitola I wished to put in there. I came to the conclusion that I prefered the Petit Coronas vitola to smoke on a regular basis and after a little searching (it was a hard gruelling task) I settled on the RASCC as having the qualities I look for in a regular cigar. I'm not saying I tried every PC out there just that the RASCC impressed me to such an extent that I decided if I don't do it now I will later anyway.

So I scrimped and saved and over this year I managed to fill up the humidor with RASCC. I'm not sure how many are in there but it's quite a few and at the rate I smoke them it'll be easily topped up so that I should be able to keep a constant supply whilst freeing up some finances to store up on some Balvenie 21 year old

    Here are the pics:

Now I can relax in the knowledge that I have a stash of 100+ of my favourite cigar ready for whenever the fancy takes me to light up and relax .... as for the Scotch however

What a beautiful sight Agricola! The only petit corona vitola I've tried is the partagas short, not a bad smoke. Never tried these but I'm glad they work for you

The party short is one of the ones I tried and it's a great cigar no doubt I'll be stashing a box of them away when I can afford it. I really do reccomend you try the RASCC I feel like the party short it's one of those cigars where you just can't go wrong.

A box of 100+ is pretty good sentiment! I'll add it to the wish list

The RASC is not a "petit corona". It's a minutos so it falls in the "tr?s petit corona" category, sometimes called "demi corona" or "half corona".

The RA petit corona was discontinued in 2002.

Well I'm not going to keep exact track of cigar age just keep in mind that the bottom half are mid to late 2010 these are for regular smokes and having this many may seem a little excessive but it keeps me relaxed just knowing that they're there and waiting. The extra space on the tray is my overflow incase I top up and need extra space.

Nothing wrong with that bud, especially when it comes to keeping relaxed. Appologies I was being pedantic / sarcastic about the space I never know which it is. Looking like a good Xmas in the household enjoy bud enjoy em all

Looks great! I could never have that in my house though. As sooon as I had a group of friends over, it would just be 'Well, you have so many, you wont even notice a few more gone'.

I only know one person that smokes cigars and he knows what it costs to smoke the good ones so wouldn't be offended if I said "GTFO!" and if he were offended he knows I wouldn't care! I keep the others stashed away in tupperdors inside a black chest in my bedroom anyway and if anyone is coming around the good whisky gets stowed away inside there too!

HAR HAR YE'LL NEVER FIND ME TREASURES YA SCURVIES!!!!!!

Nice one Agricola - the RASCC is a top choice for a 'single vitola, single brand' Humi... double thumbs up

(FWIW, my choice for a single/single humi, would either be Trini Reyes, AF Hemi SS, Padron 2k or Monte PE...or perhaps one of each )
