"then adrebeseh" - you should be ashamed of yourself. Everyone needs to try a Padron!!!!

Although i do think that Cubans are the best cigars in the world, the Padrons are trully special. Totally different to any cubans i have tried.

Review coming in the next few days

Christ almighty..these do look sooo nice.

I must also own up to never having tried a padron, must rectify that at some point.

Cant wait to bring a box of these back from LA next month! Im pretty sure infact, it wont be just one box im bringing back. Once Ive got them back on English soil, I will make sure as many of you who havent been able to try the Padron, get a chance to!

Never tried one meself, and no that's not a hint DW!! one question tho, do all those really dark cigars, like the olivas, have that kind of sweet hay smell, it's what made me try the Oliva serie 5 I think it was, a torpedo/belicoso cigar, was nice enough but a bit samey...

One of the best NC smokes around. Had one in the summer and it was amazing. Enjoy the rest of your box.

Go as bold as you like with the hints!

Ive never tried the serie 5 so Im not sure how they compare, the only note I can make, is the Padron 64, is definitely anything but samey. I dont get too much sweetness from the wrapper, but that could just be me. Ill make sure to try the Serie 5 next month and see how they compare. Once Im back, ill make sure you are no longer in the 'Never tried one' club!

I know very little about NCs other than that the padron family reserve 45 won cigar of the year in 09. Can't wait for the review and to hear how these stack up!

Cheers matey, but not necessary, unless you insist of course! Think there's room to squeeze one more in the humi! (just!!)

Seriously though, you're lucky to be able to get the NC viewpoint so much by being over in the states as well, with price and only time to smoke so many cigars, I pretty much only get CCs.

Look good and I'm not a great lover of the darker wrappers
A cigar is not measured by its cost - It is measured by how much it burns your fingers
