?300 for a pair of insoles, sounds like i did, mind i no longer live on pain killers or pay osteopaths or physio's to not make me any better, so money well spent

So your mates are podiatrists and they charged you ?300 for insoles? Glad I ain't got friends like that.

Many osteopaths and physiotherapist will also prescribe insoles (if needed), not just podiatrists. Also most of that ?300 goes to the manufacture and not the therapist. >>
