UKCF Pins

On the Herf section Smokeymo has said he could arrange pins/badges for our forum, this could be useful espeicially for new members. Would you buy or wear one ? Then if so a design is needed, put your ideas here.

Deano and I discussed this a while ago but could not reconcile the quantity vs cost equation.

If Mitch has a source then I am sure we have a couple of designers here or I have just been talking to someone about a web freelancers site which gives access to free lance designers all over the world.

This is a great idea as it will help us identify each other at Cigar 'gatherings'.

Time for me to re-look at my original designs, of course anyone else is welcome to chip in.

I know when I was in the Army we looked at this for our unit. We found a company that would produce them for very little money but you limited the production to say 1000. THey would cast 2000 and would keep the other 1000 to sell themselves. Thus reducing the cost to us.
I've just had a trawl through all my old paperwork and can't find who we were dealing with.

On a side-note, (I know these probably wont be as much use for cigar lovers but you never know), a company we do work for is a beermat printer, I can get us very cheap rates for custom design beermats (standard size of 94mm round or square, imaging on both sides), 1000 mats is very very cheap.

Here we go, Pins, Beer Mats, Embroidered shirts with logo ie smoking shirts, and many more great ideas, all make excellent gifts and promote cigars and revenue for this great forum, im sure H&F would support not to mention C.Gars Lets have a design guys !
