Sat outside in the garden after a bitch of a day with a large Cigar and a large glass of wine.....

Missed this chilling outside stuff

I felt its warmth on my arms when garaging the car. It is an uplifting thing, that heat. I don't know whether to have a cigar or not. I'm catching up with a mate in town tomorrow night over beer and good fat bastard stogies. I'll probably wait.

I had to stretch "Don't nick anything" into a five hour roundabout of jollity today for a hundred kids off on Work Experience. 99 kids will be fine. Kid 100 will either empty a cash till, nick nickers or go through staff handbags. I get called out like Thunderbirds to save the world. I quite like the traumatic call-outs. You get to rub shoulders with the Police and grovel like hell to get the offender off a sentence.

Plus I plan the end of my Police investigation to include a pint in a country pub with a fat one.

It's rarely been above 45 degrees here, since November. I can't stand the cold. The hot weather can be uncomfortable, but the cold hurts. I did manage to smoke a Rocky Patel sun grown stick today, while standing in a friends garage. Still a few weeks a way from the decent weather. Global warming is a myth. Bring on the summer.
