Our government can really do some stupid things. If they really want to hurt the Cuban economy why incinerate these, sell them to other countries where it's legal. It will be that many less Cuba sells, and it will bring in millions of dollars to the U.S. Or they could just do what the guys were saying in the story, give them to me and my friends and we'll be happy to incinerate them...one at a time.
