Congrats on 100, but what is it about bikers that they all seem to want to bring the bike inside?
I sailed with a Chief Engineer we called "kickstart" who bought an old Harley in LA and had it winched aboard the ship and into his cabin! He then spent the next three months taking it apart and putting it back together again. His steward was facing apoplexy as he couldn't keep the cabin clean! No man has the right to fix the boundary of a nation.
No man has the right to say to his country, "Thus far shalt thou go and no further."

I used to rebuild my first dragbike in the dining room. Even fired it up late one friday before a saturday meeting. Took about a week for the house to stop smelling of avgas.
What took you so long BTW? Your an Aussie, BS comes naturally. What would I know? I'm just a backwoods roo packin crim from New Holland! LOL. (Thankyou El Cat)

lol. Poor bugger.
I bring mine inside as its dark outside right now, I have heaps of light inside and honestly, I'm more inclined to work on it inside as it feels like a shed to me. If I had a shed, or a garage for that matter it would be in there.
Can't wait to get to the metal shop tomorrow. Guillotines (sp) bench drills and a big magnabend. This bracket will take me less than 5 minutes to cut out and bend to shape.sigpicFor Gallantry

A Honda CT110.
Its now matte black.
Starting from front to back:
Michelin M45 tyres
chopped and lowered front guard
Chrome 7inch headlight
chrome bullet blinkers
drag bar with 10 degree pullback
3 inch chrome mirrors
Engine:
125cc pitbike carb
ported, polished and flowmatched head.
1mm oversize polished piston
Every moving part was replaced with new.
Umm other crap I have forgotten
Cut down the gear selector
removed centre stand
long range fuel tank from XR250
lightened sprockets (highway ratios - cant remember what they are)
Custom exhaust
lowered and reupholstered seat
new rear shocks
chopped rear guard
custom number plate/brake light/blinker mount
bullet indicators on rear
oval chrome brake light.
There is more coming too. Custom racing cam, the new exhaust, bigger jets in the carb and posssibility of getting one from a 150cc.
It really has been fun!
Its stock top speed was about 75-80km/h.
Ive sat on 125. I want to see 150.
Photos next week when its back together and not covered in plasterboard dust. lolsigpicFor Gallantry
