Nothing ventured etc.
Got nothing to lose my friend. Why not arrange to go out for a quiet drink/meal, see how you (oops, the hypothetical people in question) get on in "real life", and take it from there. Just be yourself and if things are working out ok it's a simple "this has been good why don't we do it again sometime" moment.
Positive response to that means you go home, select a good cigar, pour a good malt (crystal glass is best), light up, sit back and comtemplate on a very pleasant evening and many more to follow. In fact most of that also applies to a neg response too but on the basis she's given her number that won't be a worry.
Good luck.

I experienced something similar a few years back. B is definitely interested in A.

If I was "person A" i would text "person B" telling her how enjoyable the conversation was. I would then invite "person B" for a coffee (neutral ground) and see if the conversation continues as enjoyably as the cyberchat did. If not, nothing lost. If yes, a whole new vista opens up.No man has the right to fix the boundary of a nation.
No man has the right to say to his country, "Thus far shalt thou go and no further."

Most importantly though, and I'm sure someone else mentioned this earlier.... BE YOURSELF.

Right, having managed to extract my hand from the Pringles tube (it was my texting hand, ahem), and also extracted my balls from wherever they happened to be hiding, I've sent a text. Thanks guys.
It also helped that the first quote that came up when I typed in 'regrets' was: “Regret for the things we did can be tempered by time; it is regret for the things we did not do that is inconsolable.”
