Been wondering around northern Spain. And as much as we've enjoyed a steak. This was my favourite snack in a cone. Iberico jamon belotta in a cone. Not the most cost effective snack...

But just love the taught, salty richness.

last summer we had a corprate conference in Madrid... I dont mind saying that I consumed more iberico 'anything' in 4 days than ought to be humanly possible.
Just the best.... any time of day, any kind of way... with a chilled glass of shery, albarino, a small refreshing beer... or with eggs for breakfast ... just perfect!

I normally smoke a cigar after a good meal.. (a mix of protein and carbs) but are there any foods to avoid if wanting to smoke?

You probably wouldn't want to eat something that would destroy your Palate like a super hot vindaloo curry or something. Certainly not if you're smoking a Cuban cigar anyway.

[Snakes]

Had a nice Jamon Iberico joint last Christmas, was very nice! Came with it's own chopping board. Lasted a good while. Had it with Melon as a starter for one meal then other times was just picking at it on it's own.
