Shakespeare's Globe

Went there today as a birthday surprise from my wife. What a great afternoon out I saw The Merry Wives of Windsor, a comedy. Man alive it were funny.

I love watching Shakespeare, and the Globe is truly a beautiful venue. We were lucky with the rain too - it was spitting but held out until we were heading back home, which was lucky as we forgot waterproofs!

Anyone else ever been?

I haven't been, though I am a complete Shakespeare nut.

The Merry Wives of Windsor is certainly a good'un isn't it...
