I had macallan that night. I have tried a few Japanese malt before, they are nice but I personally prefer malts from Scotland better.

Those are Wagyu beef for the Japanese Korean BBQ before they are cooked, you can eat it raw tho.

those on the bbq in the photo are ox tounge slices. you might think 'yuck' but only until u have tasted it
