This is god awful stuff. Sweet sticky mush. How can they sell this? Even at 1£. Although MLW bought some. I tried it and told her forthright, it's not game and I'm not eating any of it. She said fine, she will. Let's see...

    Yuck. Save yourselves.

I can highly recommend this if you fancied a go at a meat free day:

At BOSH! we don’t do foie gras recipes but here’s a vegan-friendly twist on the dish. We’ve teamed up with chef Alex Gauthier to create a faux gras recipe. It's a delicious, rich and earthy spread, perfect for a vegan starter idea. Better yet, exactly zero geese were harmed in the making of it.

Thanks. Always interested in nice stuff. Might give a go!

There's some local farm shop and some hipster deli's around here that do some nice pate's in a jar. And I've a craving now...

If liver touched the frying pan in my house, I’d be receiving a divorce letter.

Ooh that does sound good. Had a fancy pants rib eye steak recently with bone marrow starter with some great bread. Was lovely. Place called Lurra.

Had this Pigeon dish a couple of weeks ago, liver was on the stick, one of the best mains I've ever had.

Rossini with caviar and their signature cheese souffle, due to locckdown last year we went a little overboard when we finally were allowed out!
