I was out the morning & attended the, Yateley War Memorial. I arrived early (of course) & was spotted by the local RBL Vice chair & invited into the local coffee shop opposite, where the other members were waiting. Of course I couldn't go inside as I had my Mother's Yorkie, so she had coffee brought out for us.
I met the President & the Mayor turned uo too. Perfect sunny, dry weather & afterwards I was invited to march with them on Sunday afternoon.
I had planned to smoke a vintage Havana at the Dog & Partridge but tbeywere still closed by 11:15, walking to the White Lion, found that was closed too! So scrubbed around it & walked back to Mother's.
Anybody else able to pay their respects this morning? Even at work?
