Who remembers the Janet and John stories - I don't mean the original ones parents' would read to their children; but the ones read out by Sir Terry Wogan - the great British art of innuendo. I came across a couple of CD's from his original broadcasts - bloody hilarious . I remember listening to these on Radio 2 and if I was out driving, I would have to pull over as I found driving difficult whilst in fits of laughter listening to these stories -
For those of you that don't know - the subjects were an adult Janet and John. Written by a listener using the pseudonym Mick Sturbs, they purported to be about newsreader John Marsh - who sat in on the readings - and his wife Janet.
