If you Google 'Greenhurst Awnings' (the ones in question), they seem to be one of the main suppliers and there are plenty of other stockists including Screwfix, Robert Dyas etc.

I got the 3.5m x 2.5m one (the largest so therefore the one likely most prone to wind etc). Inevitably, the advice on the instructions is to avoid deploying it in heavy rain and wind, but we had a socially distanced (!) lunch a month or so back in heavy rain and a pretty strong wind and it was fine (the patios is reasonably shielded, that said). It's quick to retract if does get a bit much, but remember to open it to dry as soon as possible afterwards. I've bought some clear plastic sheets (finished at the edge so look OK) to use as side panels.

I suddenly feel very old - we're having a conversation about the merits of patio awnings! What happened to fast cars and fast women?
