I have one of these for the patio under the lean to. But im thinking to get another. I'm fairly exposed outside, so if there's much breeze it's no good. But I expect in a closed area one of these, walk mounted would be more than enough. Its 2kw with three bars that can be turned on one at a time to adjust the heat. They do work well.
i got mine for 90£ a couple of years ago, now they are double that! The wall mounted version is around 40£ though.

Cheers banos.. interesting....for some reasons I thought the infrared heaters don't have a glow...just thought they were halogen ones...I've been looking at these.
Since we are discussing the heating, any suggestions for awnings for the patio or strong parasol that will not cost a fortune and protect from the rain ?
