Problem with messages

Apologies if this is in the wrong place but is anyone else having problems with their messages on Tapatalk? I have a symbol showing me I have a message but when I click on it there are no new messages displayed.

Does anyone know of a fix for this or should I just sign in via web browser.

Ever since the update mines never worked quite right with Tapatalk. It’s only on new conversations it won’t let me see them or doesn’t load past a certain amount of back and forth.

I just use Tapatalk less and less as clearing history, cache, logging out and changing phones hasn’t fixed it

Hey Midas I have the same problem. I only sent you one message so you can probably ignore the '1'; same thing for me. Taptalk's integration with messages isn't quite right, I'm hoping for an update.

Also I'll get on with the dedicated app!

Messages have been gefickt with Tapatalk seeing the update....

But the mobile web works a treat. I ditched tapacrap since the update. and happier for it.

Yeah, I've done the same. Mobile Web is a lot better. The only thing that my phone has an issue with is pm's. I can't click directly into a pm from the drop down 'Messages' menu. Instead I have to click the 'Go To Messages Centre' link from the same menu and then into 'Inbox' and then I can access the messages in the browser. If I try and directly click into a pm from the Messages drop down menu my mobile browser (chrome) tries to link out to Tapatalk or another browser...

Hopefully if anyone has had that problem, that's the workaround 😉👍🏻

Do you still have Tapatalk installed Max A ? You could try clearing the Defaults settings in the app. There's an open by default in the settings -> app area.
