I'd not looked at my last.fm stats for a while-odd mix really! Though I'd go for:
        • Guided By Voices
        • Brian Eno
        • Squarepusher
        • Dom + Roland
        • Pole
        • Explosions In The Sky
        • Burial
        • Aphex Twin
        • Most darkstep drum&bass
        • Most hard/industrial/minimal techno

Could have gone on for hours really, but it depends on my mood at the time.

            Tough one...

It would probably have to be something like this:

            Led Zep
            Deep Purple
            Metallica
            AC/DC
            Stevie Ray Vaughan
            Buddy Guy
            Rage Against the Machine
Clapton - especially Cream and the Beano album
            Guns n' Roses
            Hendrix

Gary Moore is awesome and also I have to say, Rokkitsci, that Roy Buchanan is a great pick - massively underappreciated, I think.

Don't find many people who even know about Buchanan!

I had the distinct privilege of living in Washington D.C. in '69 and '70 when Buchanan was appearing in a little dive called The Crossroads, outside the city, in Bladensburg, Maryland. He was an unheralded guitarist playing incredible licks behind some lounge crooner named Danny Denver. We would go to this hole in the wall just to listen to the occasional riff Buchanan would get to play during the vocal breaks.

Buchanan did things with his guitar (without electronic augmentation) that I have never heard any other guitarist do (although Hendrix came close, with his own unique guitar abilities).

If possible, everyone ought to give a listen to a tune called "The Messiah Will Come Again." Prepare to be amazed.
