well his last post was on 4th Aug and he has just started a new job, if you have already sent him an email just wait at least until he posts here again. Gecko is also selling some drymista tubes http://www.geckotrading.co.uk/page008.html which are a bit more expensive but essentially the same thing if you are really desperate.

I've never heard of a mold problem that resists a good brushing + deep cleaning + sensible use of propylene glycol, whatever the methods of storage or place of residence?

it must be the propylene glycol then as that was a new one to me before i had the problem,novices mistake but i suppose we all start somewhere.
