Due to bed shortage im home

Well due to bed shortage in Grantham Hospital i was released about 4pm ish. I am on conditional bail, bail conditions are to reside at home address (to live and sleep) and Not to smoke for 48 hours...

The pain is quite intense and obtrusive and the medication is impairing my judgement.

I have therefore 'breached' my bail condiion by firing up a Diesel Maduro Torp, so you police officers in the forum best come and get me haha...

Operation went well, they opened me up in the same place as before and removed all the metal (which they wouldnt let me keep) They then shaved the bones back to there proper shape. I was lucky aparently as they thuoght at one point the clavicle was going to break again, but didnt.

Instead of stitches i have mettle staples, i call this my zip!

Pain killers are starting to kick in, and im thoroughly enjoying the Diesel!!

Bed shortage or no, these days you're definately better off at home anyway due to the superbugs that now seem to infest most hospitals - I take it you're going to have a nurse gladys emmanuel popping round to keep an eye on it all? Make the most of the painkillers - nice opiate based ones I hope!

Glad to hear you got home in one piece, I'll be the boring medical type & say easy on the smokes for a while, easy to get a chest infection after an op & having chest physio by some chartered psycho is a real bi#ch, (I know it happened to me aged 13)

Home is the best place to get some rest, and lets face it you couldn't have sneaked a smoke in the hospital.
I'm still off them since op but looking forward to firing one up on Saturday.
