  • The end of the man-cave...

Firstly, my sincere apologies for not being around much these past few weeks...I've been incredibly busy with work, jetting of the the (not so) sunny Falklands and playing concerts and marching bands all over the friggin' place...

My man cave has to go. We've decided to move our bed into my man cave from our master bedroom as it shares a wall with our neighbours young child's room. Neither my wife or I can deal with being worken up by that adorable screaming anymore so we're moving.

But it means I get the master bedroom as my man-cave/office like I always wanted. I've already decided where my dart board's going

Watch this space...although it'll take a while. I have Monday off, but after that my next day off work is...

...August 9th Sometimes being in the Army sucks.

A mixture of good news and bad there... but great news on the cave front!

Yeah. The aim is to get it sorted on Monday. Sadly, it's going to take all day (new bed being delivered, will be put together and then the cave will be sorted) so will have no time to chill in the cave!

Having a bed in a man cave is a great idea!
          Every cave should have one...

The only thing better than a Man Cave, is a bigger Man Cave!

Before I joined up, my friends and I had a great man cave. We all used to hang around a mate's house, and his mum got so pig sick of us crowding into her living room she paid for a brick shell of a garage to be built. 4 weeks later, after putting a stud wall in the front, putting in ceiling, puting timber frame & plasterboard walls over the brick (with insulation of course) and fitting the cheapest carpet we could find we had the cave. We mackled together 4 pcs out of old bits, networked them, and played half-life on multiplayer for hours on end. Good times
