We didn't have crime as we know it today and the snot nose know it alls
would be put into check quickly. Its a Farked up world when the younger generation has no respect for the elders.

Agree with what you're after, but just setting back time would mean some poor ba****d in the future is going to get the shit we have now.

I would like to be able to instill the levels of respect and values that were about 50 odd years ago.
Then kids respected their elders, teachers, the police, other people's property etc.
As a result we had stronger families, communities etc happier working environment etc.
Now we have indiscipline, laziness, disrespect, no ability to control,need I go on
Back then you wouldn't have had to stand at the front of the queue in a shop but still have to wait in line till the assistant finished telling her pal about what she did over the weekend.

One thing in this slowly deteriorating world what would it be?

Put attendants back in the petrol stations to pump your fuel, check your oil (don't know the Brit word for this like I did with gasoline, p'raps "black gooey shite that you pour into one o' those orifices under the bonnet?") and hand out steak knives or drinking glasses with a fill up.

T'would be a significantly better world.
