Funny how so many things that people get excited about don't actually stand up to an real scientific scrutiny (NB David Blaine is an 'Illusionist' not a 'Magician' - important difference).

For me it's a good lesson in better understanding the human psyche though. Most of us seek some kind of scientifically intangible value to make us more content: 'luck', 'love', 'feeling', 'god' etc.

Probably something to do with being finite beings in a fairy infinite existence.

on the other hand ...it's all real man, there's like stuff going on for thousands of years man, look at the Egyptians, the Myans, Nostradamus, the Da Vinci code ...those dudes were aliens for sure.
