I wonder what tupacboy watches and reads. Because I went a second time to pay attention to many other details. This isn't Iron Man or Transformers or any of them blow 'em films suited for youth or video game players. There are plots and history, character development, exellent acting and superb camera work and, of course, directing. I wrote a few screenplays, acted (with one or two of the best) although a short career, and now attempt novels and I am critical of watching things since it takes up valuable time. I don't watch sports as much because I would rather listen to games, hockey and baseball on the radio while I work on, my third novel attempt or read. Although I love American Football and will watch that.

Gladiator and Blade Runner were fantastic, original. Robin Hood has been done so many times and could end like James Bond, nonetheless, I look forward to the sequel.

I saw it and i did enjoy it, i wasnt blown away by it but it was definatly worth watching. I thought it was good to see a new take on the Robin Hood legend instead of just doing another 'remake', interesting ending, a sequel looks like a sure bet, i did hear however that Crowe and Scott argued alot on set and may not want to work together again?

            I think it looks pants.

Why cant we make a decent gritty medieval film without making it action packed and cheesey ?

Excalibur was brilliant, also the latest Joan of Arc film and I would love to see a re-make of Henry V.

Apparently Bernard Cornwells brilliant novel Azincourt/Agincourt is to be made into a film, I hope they use a British director and steer clear of the big name actors.

There was a film a few years back, I forget the name of it but it was based around a band of travelling players rambling around plague torn England in the 12th century and that was decent as well...
            If..
