Im actually contemplating how lucky i am. I have a great wife and kids, a decent business, a brilliant hobby and good friend on here and at home.

Just got back from my brothers, he was holding his kids clothes, crying, hasnt eaten for 3 days as his wife, who left him on christmas day for a kid nearly 10 years younger, wouldnt let him see his kids again. Hes a great dad , she only has them 2 nights a week as she dumps them at her mums. Shes one lazy bitch who needs to open her bloody eyes.

I feel sorry for the young guy shes with though, hes a cocky 20 year old who doesnt realise my brother is a cage fighter. He hasnt done a thing yet, hes too controlled, but theres only so long you can have your nose rubbed in it.

Rant off, sorry back to cigars

That really sucks Lee, I really feel for him.

Sat chilling at the minute, checking my email and doing my busy work. Have a band rehearsal tonight, we're trying out a new lead singer so I can concentrate purely on drumming instead of having to be the band's frontman from behind a drum kit!

Went for a ride out to my mums. About 10 miles. Hailed on me on the way back. Tch! My missus sort of made it known I had to go up town this aft. Dragged around while she looked for some leggings to do yoga in. She never got any (natch!) Am now seriously contemplating a RP decade. Never had one. Any opinions?

                        whatcha doing?

Went looking for a subway foot long but google maps lied to me so now ended up in a weatherspoons, pint of John Smiths in my hands waiting for a gourmet burger with all the extras to use up my food allowance before heading back to the hotel. Felt like treating myself after the crap journey I had and an hour in the gym today.

                        Anyone up for invading Iceland?

Hey Mike. I saw Alvin Lee play an acoustic set in a a little back room of a pub. There was about 20 of us. The man can play!

I remember going to my first gig in Edinburgh at the Usher Hall in 1969.

On the one bill was Ten Years After, Blodwin Pig and a band nobody had heard of called Stone the Crows.

                                Ah, Maggie Bell!
