Looks like the end of the UK. Cameron has no mandate in Scotland and even with Ulster support, they won't have majority. The Labour sheep voted in Scotland as usual, but I can't see Englsih tories putting up with the Scottish tail wagging the English dog!
Even though the SNP only kept the seats they had at the last electon, they may be the big winners, indirectly......
You're right Celsis, this could be an interesting time for the SNP and the independance issue. Might be very interesting what kind of backlash there is to a Conservative government when they only managed to get one seat north of the border.
I wonder which one of there many Scottish MPs they'll choose to be Secretary of State for Scotland!!?? (or whatever that post is called these days)

They only have 1 MP to be Viceroy and that's Mundell! And he seems totally out of his depth!
Seriously though, I hope the Tories form the next government as the monkeys with the red rosettes might just wake up! Liebore are leading us to ruin! I also hope Clegg sticks to his PR agenda or he could end up being like the Greens in Ireland. Keeping an unpopular governement in power and certain to be annihilated at the next election!
Rumour is that Salmond will have 10 SNP candidates in the north of England next election, fighting on an "independence for England" ticket!
No man has the right to fix the boundary of a nation.
No man has the right to say to his country, "Thus far shalt thou go and no further."
The joys of the flaws of FPTP system, still a much better chance of stable govt than PR IMHO. Coalition govts are normal all over europe just a bit of a shock to us brits.

hmmmmmmmmmmmm not sure how comments about peoples color of skin contributes to this debate or did I misunderstand your post?
Its the color of shit. All who enter into government in my country for the past 40 + years now have been crooks. If it looks like shit and it smells like shit then you know what it is. Wolfs in sheeps clothing !
I agree with you totally there Mike. Fundamental flaw of politics is that if you get high enough up to make a difference you have to sell your soul 100 times over (assuming you had one to start with).
