I'm a bit of an insomniac at certain points in the year. In Spring, I can wake up in a full-throttle state at 0300, and it can be like that for six weeks or so.
Fortunately things have become far more stable sleep-wise over time, and I rarely have weeks of broken nights.
I do find - without question - that smoking a good Havana not long before going to bed ensures a very good night's sleep.
Do cigars affect your sleep at all?
Positively or negatively?
Or do they make no difference at all?
