The orbs are an interesting read. I've also read that babies are more open to things like this as well. my eldest has had an experience with a dead relative not long after they died one night in her room when she was 5 apparently had a conversation with them.

On a lighter note, CJ you could borrow my mother in law. When ever she comes to our house by the time she leaves theres no spirits left in the house!!
Now that is spooky Boss, mine has exactly the paralecticnormal effect

But the above is also wee-erred too. I'm having a lads night in tonight (me and the wee fella) and I'm keeping a Marty Feldman on the monitor

The other strange one was in 2000, in Australia at Uluru. My then girlfiend and I had drove aorund the perimeter and took a few pics here and there. We stopped at one spot which we noticed once we'd got into the thicket a bit that no photographs were permitted as it was an ancient burial ground. Being crap tourists, my ex posed and I got the camera out. There wasn't much to see apart from a small waterfall behind her, but the scene was nice. Anyhow, the camera didn't work twice It did on the third attempt and we thought no more of it until we got the pictures developed.

What appeared to be just behind her were three or four little twinkly bits in the air, which we thought was a bit strange and spoke about them maybe being sprits. Probably dust motes (on reading up), but a strange coincidence nonetheless...or was it?

Sadly not soulman as they were taken by the ex when she left Along with the three piece suite, washing machine, TV et al

My reasoning about the dust motes was due to the discrediting theory to flash photography and a flash was used on the photograph.

              It was strange though.

My condolences for your losses. I suppose it was a good reason to get a bigger and better tv, though.

It was like they were, were spirited away themselves

I didn't bother with the TV for quite some months which was refreshing tbh.

Funny how that works--we get so dependent on our media sources, but when they're gone, we notice a different side to reality. My wife and I actually got rid of cable and just set up a computer, watching online shows when we want to on HULU--don't really miss all those channels at all, most of which were crap anyway.

There's a great spanish horror film which I saw on BBC4 not so long ago. It features a couple doing up a big house and the same scenario. They see something on the baby monitor, trying to take (or harm) their child. When they rush to investigate, the baby is crying and there's nobody there...

I won't give anymore away but it's a spine chiller!

Had the orb thing at work a few weeks ago, checking our cameras I noticed an orb move across the screen in one of the buildings. These cameras were in infra red and only record on movement!! freaky, the name of the road where the buildings are is called Buryfield way, the same area where they used to bring the dead from the plague by river from london and bury them in the same area!! A lot of people get spooked in certain buildings, saying theyve sensed or seen something or someone ( great for me as I jump out on em and scare the bastards or tap the windows) one blokes kids speak and interact with a child ghost in there home, theyve learnt to live with it.

Mere dust, pfff! But maybe not Velly interesting MM, let us know if there's any more. Is there something more to some of all this, I wonder as a lot of folk saying they've seen 'something' is eery. My jury is kind of out on it all, but I'll add something to the mix later on, which made me think.

The children communicating with the ghost type thingy sounds really interesting, I've just gone all goosebumpy. Find out more if you can ay?
