I'm a fussy eater so almost everything mentioned here turns my stomach, except Irn Bru, I loves me a drink that stains the lips orange. However I dont get the people who use it as a mixer for just about anything...mingin'

ps. we still get tizer up here! completley different from Irn Bru

It's a kind of dark brown, almost black, tar like substance. Extracted from the render of cows feet (hooves?) and shoe leather.
Not good, but it'll keep you alive if your stranded up a mountain following a plane crash. Just boil up snow and ice and stir in a teaspoon full of the goop. A bit like sump oil but not as tasty.

Pretty much. A sort of sticky, gooey, brown stuff that you can spread on toast or stir into boiling water to make a beverage with.

Once upon a time it was called a beef extract but these days any essence of bouillon has being taken out and replaced by an unknown yeast mix so as to make it more appealing to vegetarians and to overcome any export restrictions imposed because of mad cow disease.

US Food and Drug legislation has most likely banned it on the grounds that it is poisonous and likely to encourage civil unrest and football hooliganism!

For those that dont know what PB&J is Peanut Butter and Jelly, which is jam really.
