London - smoke during or after dinner?

I look forward visiting London several times a month and enjoy the "samplings" at Fox.

Is there an establishment to enjoy a smoke after dinner or during? I've Googled around and came up with a place named "The Contented Vine." Recommended?

There's dozens of references to places you can smoke in London on here. 10 Manchester Street Hotel was the last place I visited, and you might want to google Boisdale too.

Weather will soon improve and was hoping to enjoy a smoke outdoors. Will anyone get their nickers in a twist if I had a smoke in the park? James? Hyde? Green?

I was in London earlier this month for a few "snow events." I see London reacts to snow much like the Carolinas; things pretty much come to a halt.

Smoking is permitted in all of the parks, for now anyway lol
