I find that both of those cigars have fragile wrappers (RP Fusions & NC Fonsecas are also on that list). Sucks that they got battered that bad though! Hope the sticks I just sent off get a little better treatment from the Royal/US Mail!
Never thought of that. Not a pretty site for Toto.
The postmen do handle our boxes without care. I've had one ask me if anything was fragile in it, I said no. Then he tosses it over his shoudler into the bin. I wanted to choke the bugger.
Jesus, that's shocking and really disappointing, and if it's something to do with the postal service then unfortunately I'm not at all surprised.
I once ordered a box of Montecristo Petit Edmundo from CigarOne, along with a couple of singles. Anyway, the package got caught by customs, and whoever opened it (customs say Royal Mail is responsible for the handling of the package at ALL times) didn't take the slightest bit of care with the box cutter they were using and cut right through both singles.
The best bit about it was they simply packaged the cut cigars up again for me to find when I paid the customs charge!
Anyway, hope you get something sorted regarding this.
Just out of interest, what were those Tat's, don't think I've seen the white band before?
