OK guys thank you for all the replies; before we discuss dates (in any case, I guess week-ends, right?) I'll get in touch with Hotel du Vin and make sure their Cigar shak is out all year long... heard some of the hotel of this chain don't always have this accessible.

As soon as I know that the shack is on, I'll propose some dates

Checked out the bothy at hotel du vin Glasgow for a potential herf.
Nice set up, comfortable and great staff.

smoked a jl2. the Fire was out of gas. they had a blow heater that kept me warm though.

It can accommodate around 10 people and is only open until 10pm for non residents. They said they could not reserve it for us exclusively as its open to guests but said we could book a suite, though i think its unnecessary.

Spoke to reception and they said we are welcome, if we want a meal we need to book in advance.

We could start early afternoon at a bar near George Square, head to a couple of cigar shops in the area, go to the bothy and Afterwords we could go to the Oran Mor which is a few blocks away.

Any questions let me know and ill ask.

I'm happy to make arrangements. I'm proposing Saturday 27th February, let me know if your interested.

Should be OK for this date as well.

Not going to happen for me... Tried to get away from our blockade works, but not going to happen. I will be stuck in London until late May now, so any dates for another HERF after then will suit me..
