  • i don't like mondays!!

Firstly, our lass rings to say her laptop was fecked. luckily it appeasr just to be the laptop charger and a loose connection, gave it a wiggle and it works.

secondly got back to work depot to drop my van off and i've gone and lost me car key. Had to get our lass to drop the spare off. Anyone know the rough price for a mx5 replacement key and transponder fob.

Thirdly, got home and the washing machine had fecked up. Again luckily i had an idea what was wrong so dragged the machine outside relased the pump to drain all the water off and found a fecking elastic band wrapped round the pump motor, which i had to surgically removed with forceps and a scalpel, et voila , saved meself some wonger.(ps twas the daughters fault)

they say it comes in 3's but i still think theres little hope for a leg over tonight.

The best thing I find is that if you pick yourself out something nice from your humi,
Sit down at the end of the day (which is pretty much now) and smoke it in the knowledge that you got through it all

But theres always a butt ! As you wind down and get ready to retire to bed ,do make sure the dam butt is sitting in the ashtray properly. Then and only then is your day complete! Have a great Tuesday my brother!

Sounds like a great day mate. Couple of months ago when I had my VXR I had a blow out on the way to work. Seeing as they run on 19 inch wheels you don't get a spare so cost me 55 quid for a pick up and 250 for the tyre. On the way home that night my other front wheel did the same. Again 55 quid pick up, 250 for the tyre and 20 quid for a taxi home. 2 weeks later my clutch and fly wheel went, only 17000 miles on the clock. Vauxhall wouldn't do it under waranty, apparently a clutch is covered for 2000 miles on a brand new car. 2500 for that repair bill. I recently sold it lol

Yes it was a nightmare, group 20 insurance, 400 quid a year road tax, about 15 to the gallon, very very fast but I've better things to spend my money on these days

fixed the washing machine, laptop seems to be charging and is still under warranty, and found me car keys(quoted ?120 for new one) ,so money i sorta saved has just been spent on stogies to make me feel even better.

Sounds like a good day after all.

It's not how you fall but how you land that counts.
