I love it and watch it repeatedly.
I love that scene with the infected vicar in the church balcony going bonkers...
To be honest, I think the army house thing outside Manchester is a bit of a let-down compared to all the empty scenes in London. That being said, it is one of my favourite films.

i love the classic sci fi horrors from the 30's-50's they dont make em like the used to!
my fav is the invisible man, i just finished reading the origional H.G. Wells book yesterday and was blown away, its compleatly different to the film and shows how much of a litterary geneouse the man truly was.Direct from the House of Cigarsmoke

....and of course 28 WEEKS Later is excellent too...the scene where Bobby Carlyle is running to the wee boat with the zombies converging on him from all side is terrifying. The fact that the scene is filmed in broad daylight makes it even scarier
28 Months Later is the potential sequel....the last pocket of humanity is holed up in the Eastern Russia ready to make a last stand....or so I read somewhere months ago...

It is terrifying.
The woman who gets left in the house is in EastEnders at the moment.
Ashley's mother.
I'm sure it's the same woman.
She has a curious face.
Will give the thread more thought later. Must kip.
Watched Shaun Of The Dead again the other night. It was on Channel 4.
That's fine!
