Watched Harry Brown last night, its shocking, dark and extremely brutal in parts.
Not going to be everyone's cup of Earl Grey I should imagine.
Anyone else watched it and thought it was a bit heavy ?

I saw it on Wednesday with my wife and was amazed at the cinematography. I went into this movies knowing only that Michael Caine was in is, nothing else! The way they shot that movie is what I think made it. It was quite gritty and raw but it matched the subject perfectly. I thought it was great, my wife liked the artistic quality of filming but was put off a bit by the more brutal parts.

The vigilante story is played out a bit in my opinion but this was done well. 4.5/5 stars.

I really enjoyed it, it was a bit violent but then I thought it would be going in. My favorite scene I think was near the end in the pub, good lines from Caine there

I thought Caine was brilliant in it as well as Sean Harris and it felt almost too real, I think thats why it was so shocking to an extent.

ive been wanting to go see this film, after reading this is should probably go make the effort now
