Stopping ciggies

The very reason I started smoking cigars was to stop the cigs.

You will do it if you really want to, after several tries I decided that enough was enough and in the end found it really easy after the first couple of days.

It's the first couple of days that are the problem. I reckon I'll be ok by Friday but until then, it's hell! I reckon it's because it's so easy just to say, "screw it, I'm miserable! I'm gonna buy a pack!"
