When living in the Bronx,NY i lived in an area called castlehill 1975 My appt. was broken into and my Quad sterio system was stolen. Through connections in the street I found out it was now in some wrappers DJ equip.and that was none other then U guessed it ( Grandmaster flash)
A friend knew him and my system was return back with a few cuts from an upand coming artist. I wasn't into his style so I gave it to a friend. Stupid me a few years later he made it big and I started to listen to his music!

Have been listening to an album called Eschaton by Anaal Nathrakh. Brutal and inspiring.

To bring me back down, i'm just putting on the Shadows of the Sun album by Ulver, really rather beautiful music. I challenge anybody to light up a fine cigar, sit back and listen to this album and then dare tell me it was anything but amazing

I've just discovered DT....what an amazing band. Can't stop playing them just now....

I've seen them live twice too, they're even better. Not sure what albums you have, but look for earlier ones, and A Change of Seasons is a must.
