Just bought Joe Strummer's biography to read over Easter so I'm listening, wistfully, to the Clash and the Mescaleros and wondering why the good ones always die young.

OK, today I am mostly listening to the Flamin Groovies but very loud on account of my hearing being temporarily (I hope) wrecked after seeing them at the Scala Kings Cross last night.
Saw them in the 70's and they have still got it.

Listening to a lot of 'Tallest man on Earth' at the mo - check out his 2nd/3rd albums. Nic - you might like his 1st more, very folky.
