Just played my first game of the day and won it. Thanks to the person in second place taking out the other four players in two hands then I got him in the next hand.

In discussion with ACMCC at the herf - we thought it might be an idea to organise a UKCF Poker/Cigar night - but its finding a venue that would be suitable that would be the issues - im sure we can find the people!Comment

No Limit Texas Hold 'em is my game. I have ideas for a venue - but its not glamorous in the slightest, but is close to transport links, easy to get to by car with lots of secure parking. I will have to pull a lot of strings to be able to set this up - but it may be do-able. I am 90% sure i can organise a poker event with no problem, 30% sure i could organise a cigar/poker one. If there is interest - i shall make enquiries.Comment
