  • 15 Posts - let's talk about that :)

I understand that I have to post/or reply 15 times before I can sell anything. This means I'll have to leave some faily meaningless comments around the discussions board at the risk or annoying people. I'm not even sure I can create a new thread, but I'll give it a go. There are some good threads here, but I think they are for the more mature smoker! I bought some cigars in cuba as we have a lot of money left at the end of our honeymoon. Rather than lots of money exchanging the cash back in Cuba, I thought I'd get some cigars and bring them back to sell. ANyone else done this???

      Hi there,

Could you let us know what the cigars are and where in Cuba you bought them. If possible pictures of them would be good to see also.

The point isn't to ramp up to 15 posts so you're allowed to sell. If you're at 15 posts and have contributed nothing except to bump your post allocation out, your for sale ad will be removed.

Paulie, in the spirit of respecting Deano's wishes I'll respond once I have made my contribution to the community. I don't want to rock the boat.

            Regards

Well that's a positive attitude, thats all we're after tbh. We just don't want to be seen as eBay for cigars.

What did you buy, and where did u buy it?

                Thanks Deano,

I bought the cigars at the cigar store in Varadero, during the second half of our 2 week honeymoon December 2008 (wished we hadn?t have gone there, and spent the time in another province ? but that?s not the point here). Had I waited until departing Havana Airport they wouldn?t have been as expensive.

I can?t remember the name of the shop but I have circled the location on Google Maps. I?ve uploaded photos of the location and cigars here :
                http://picasaweb.google.co.uk/11qq22...rr/CubanCigars#

I have 2x?3 pack of Cohiba Robustos? and 1xMontecristo 5 no.4 The packets are unopened and security marked with the holograms.

I?ve not used google?s picasa web before so let me know if you have any problems viewing them.

                Richard
