My Madrid trip

Well I just got back from an amazing trip to Madrid which is the most cigar friendy city I have ever been to!

here are some pics of my haul including special Partagas D4 Ltd Ed travel humi which I think I am in love with! and some pics of our time spent in the private cigar club called Pasion Habanos which was the most amazing place, we spent many hours musing over how great this place would be in the uk :

Stevie I tried the RA while out there and its a great smoke, I had to make my mind up due to humi space what box to buy so went with the VR after a taste test but will be gettig my mate to send me over a box of RA as soon as space allows

The PD4 humi is lovely, but then Im a sucker for all these special humis..

Loving the pics Panto, looks like you had an enjoyable trip. Got a box of the VR Spanish Regional Editions myself in Barcelona earlier this year.

Have also seen those Partagas travel humidors before, they're QUALITY.

Sometimes they come with 6 PSD4 inside, although it's more than likely a little more expensive. Did yours come with the sticks inside or just on it's own?

yep Kdot I actually already have the Monte Travel humi but I bought that second one with the idea of keeping the sticks and flogging the humi on.

Gary the D4 humi did indeed come with 6 d4 sticks but for some reason no inside the humi but they gave me two sealed 3 packs instead, dunno why....

Monkey, the prices are great, not as good as the swiss sites though which is why I only bought things that I was not able to buy online still bloody cheap however.

Well suppose the main thing is that you got the sticks. Maybe it's easier to store them in packs inside a humidor over longer periods than say inside the travel humidor until somebody make a purchase off them????
