Cedar sticks on Ebay - Would you?

I saw this on ebay this morning while looking for some cedar sticks. I just wondered if you think buying some would be ok.

I'm a little dubious, only because I consider myself a google wiz, and it was the only hit in about 5 pages of results as it seems you can't really pick them up anywhere.

The guys feedback is ok and I'm not particularly worried that he's not selling from a usual ebay country (that would be racially naive!) I'm just concerned that the sticks could be in any condition. It's no money, though.

What do you guys think?
